herspective coaching

Support for the woman healing from what was, living in the uncertainty of what is, or stepping into what's next.

A Different Kind of Support

herspective coaching is designed for women navigating seasons of transition—emotionally, spiritually, and practically. This is not coaching that rushes you forward or hands you answers. It is a space to process, to be honest about what’s real, and to move with intention—grounded in both faith and lived experience.

Rather than offering a one-size-fits-all approach, herspective is built around three distinct seasons women often find themselves in. These are not rigid categories, but reflections of real emotional landscapes: The After, The Middle, and Forward. Each one meets you where you are, while allowing you to engage in a way that fits your life and capacity.

  • The After is for the moment when everything has shifted. Life no longer looks the way you expected, and there’s often pressure to move on quickly—to be strong, to have a plan, to make sense of it all. But healing doesn’t move on command.

This space is designed to slow things down. It allows you to process what has been lost, disrupted, or undone without rushing toward resolution. Women in this season are often navigating grief, identity changes, or emotional overwhelm.

Through this work, they begin to experience more clarity, self-compassion, and a deeper sense of internal steadiness, along with a more honest connection to their faith.

  • The Middle is the in-between season—the one that often goes unnamed. Life isn’t actively falling apart, but it hasn’t come together either. There’s no clear next step, just a lingering sense of uncertainty that can feel heavy, lonely, or confusing.

This experience is about learning how to live well inside that space instead of waiting for it to pass. Women here are often questioning identity, feeling disconnected, or unsure of direction.

Through this work, they build emotional resilience, feel less alone, and begin to reconnect with a sense of meaning, belonging, and steady faith in everyday life.

  • Forward is for the season where readiness begins to return. Not urgency or pressure, but a quiet sense that it may be time to move again.

This experience focuses on discernment—helping you take next steps that feel aligned, grounded, and sustainable. Women in this season are often rebuilding confidence and seeking direction that feels true to who they’ve become.

Through this work, they gain clarity, strengthen self-trust, and create momentum that feels intentional rather than reactive.

How You Can Engage

Self Guided

The self-guided experience is a private and flexible place to begin. Each season includes guided materials with teachings, reflection prompts, and practices you can move through at your own pace. It’s ideal if you want space to process independently or prefer a quieter starting point before stepping into deeper support.

Group Coaching

Group coaching offers a shared experience within a small, thoughtfully facilitated cohort. Each week includes personal reflection paired with a live session centered on conversation, presence, and being witnessed in your experience. This is not a space for advice or performance—it’s a space to be seen, heard, and supported alongside others walking through similar seasons.

One-on-one Coaching

One-on-one coaching provides personalized, private support tailored to your specific experience. Sessions are shaped around your pace, your questions, and your readiness. This allows for deeper exploration, more focused guidance, and support that meets you exactly where you are.

Your Pathway

There is no single “right” way to move through herspective. Some women begin on their own and later step into community. Others move directly into group or one-on-one support. Each pathway is designed to meet you where you are, with the flexibility to shift as your season evolves.

For many, the herspective podcast is where something first resonates—a moment of recognition, a sense of being seen. Coaching is where that awareness becomes something lived, supported, and integrated.

You don’t need to have clarity yet.
You don’t need to have a plan.
You just have to begin.
