Our Why
herspective was born from the belief that no woman should have to navigate life's hardest seasons alone. What began as two friends supporting each other through heartbreak, loss, uncertainty, and reinvention grew into a shared mission: creating a space where women can find honest conversation, meaningful community, and hope in the middle of life's unexpected chapters.
We know firsthand that healing isn't linear, growth rarely happens on our timeline, and some of life's greatest transformations begin in the seasons we never would have chosen. Through our podcast, coaching, and community, herspective exists to remind women that they are not alone, their story isn't over, and there is beauty, purpose, and possibility waiting on the other side of every transition.
Meet the Founders
Jillian is a storyteller, former actor and model, healthcare professional, and firm believer that life rarely unfolds the way we expect it to. Her journey has taken her from the entertainment industry to corporate America, across multiple states, through heartbreak, reinvention, and more fresh starts than she can count. Along the way, she developed a deep appreciation for the messy, unpredictable, and often beautiful process of becoming.
Known for her honesty, humor, and willingness to say the things many people are thinking but rarely admit out loud, Jillian is passionate about creating spaces where people feel safe to be fully themselves. She believes that some of the most meaningful conversations happen when we stop trying to have it all figured out and start telling the truth about where we are.
Through herspective, Jillian shares candid conversations about relationships, healing, self-worth, identity, starting over, and the courage it takes to build a life that feels aligned after everything changes. Her approach is grounded in lived experience, curiosity, and the belief that growth doesn't require perfection—just the willingness to keep showing up.
Jillian hopes herspective serves as the friend people turn to during life's hardest and most transformative seasons: the voice that reminds them they aren't alone, they aren't behind, and their story is still unfolding.

Andrea
Andrea is a clinician, pharmacologist, board-certified health coach, speaker, leader, and former professional athlete whose career has been dedicated to understanding human potential and helping others navigate meaningful change. Her work has spanned health, behavior change, leadership development, and human performance, giving her the privilege of supporting individuals and teams through seasons of growth, transition, resilience, and transformation.
Her professional journey has given her a deep appreciation for the science of change, but it is her personal journey that taught her some of life’s most meaningful lessons. Through seasons of profound loss, unexpected detours, reinvention, healing, faith, and love, Andrea discovered that growth is rarely about becoming someone new. More often, it is about having the courage to embrace who you already are while navigating the realities of life as they unfold.
Through herspective, Andrea creates space for honest conversations about relationships, identity, purpose, disappointment, hope, faith, and the beautifully complex experience of being human. She is especially drawn to the moments when people set down the masks they have been carrying, speak the truth of their experience, and discover they are far less alone than they imagined.
Drawing from both professional expertise and lived experience, Andrea’s approach blends evidence-based coaching, compassionate curiosity, and an unwavering belief in each person’s capacity for growth. She believes that some of our greatest transformations emerge from the chapters we never would have chosen and that even in life’s most uncertain seasons, there is wisdom, meaning, and beauty waiting to be discovered.
Through her work, Andrea hopes to help others navigate life’s transitions with greater self-compassion, deeper trust, and the courage to move forward one honest step at a time.
